As a Junior E-Commerce Admin Support for 6 HONDA motorcycle spare-parts depots, I’m responsible for managing and maintaining their E-commerce accounts on Shopee and Tokopedia x TikTok Shop. I used Ms. Excel and Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects to support daily operations.
Duties include:
Managed E-commerce accounts for 6 stores (Toko Spareparts Motor Honda) on Shopee dan Tokopedia x TikTok Shop, including managing data and setting up store campaigns.
Acted as a liaison between stores and customers, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Produced visual content for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
